Distance Education means being able to provide a learning environment no matter what the distance between the teacher and learner is. I learned how to become a better educator by using my online resources and be accommodating to my future students. My favorite module to work on was the online course module. I think being excited and looking forward to the course you are teaching helps a lot when deciding on the content. My course was about rock climbing which has been a hobby I recently took up. I found myself being able to learn a lot from the resources and research I used and it made me excited to share it with all the students. I hope that if I do become a teacher, the content I am teaching is something I have a genuine interest in, and that my students are able to see that.
